This policy explains how DISPO, a product of Ovalcampus, collects, uses, shares, stores and protects your information when you post what you need or switch on your availability to solve tasks.
We operate in Colombia to begin with.
We comply with Law 1581 of 2012 and the Habeas Data regime. Where applicable, we apply the principles of the GDPR (EU) and the CCPA (California).

Information we collect
2.1 Account and profile
- Name, email address and phone number.
- Profile photo, declared skills and preferences.
- Identification document for invoicing, where applicable.
2.2 Requests and agreements
- Descriptions, photos and voice notes of what you need solved.
- Messages and chats between the requester and the available person.
- Agreements, completion confirmations and ratings.
- Payments, where applicable (we never store full card numbers).
2.3 Technical and usage data
- IP address, device/browser, operating system and app identifiers.
- Performance metrics, events, crashes and security signals.
2.4 Location
- Approximate location, with your consent, to show you opportunities near you.
- The address where the task will take place, when it is needed.
2.5 Moderation and trust
Verification of profiles and posts, review of reports, and automated or manual rules to prevent fraud.
Why we process your data
3.1 Core purposes
- Create and manage your account.
- Post requests, surface opportunities and connect the right people.
- Process payments securely and release them once the task is confirmed as done.
- Provide support, resolve incidents and moderate content.
- Prevent fraud and protect the security of the platform.
3.2 Additional purposes
- Personalised recommendations (task categories, areas, skills).
- Usage analysis to improve the experience and performance.
- Marketing with your consent (opt-in), which you can withdraw at any time (opt-out).
Legal bases
- Performance of a contract: connecting users, agreements and payments.
- Consent: location, marketing and non-essential cookies.
- Legitimate interest: security, anti-fraud and service improvements.
- Legal obligation: accounting, tax and responses to authorities.
Information security
TLS in transit and sound storage practices.
Access controls, data minimisation and auditing.
Continuous monitoring and periodic testing.
Data retention
- Account: while it is active or until you delete it.
- Transactions and invoicing: up to 7 years (legal obligations).
- Technical logs: up to 12 months.
- Marketing: until you withdraw your consent.
International transfers
We may transfer data to other countries (for example, the United States) with appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent measures.
Minors
DISPO is not aimed at anyone under 18. If we detect accounts belonging to minors, we delete their data and close the associated accounts.
Your rights
Access, update, rectification and erasure; objection or restriction; portability; and withdrawal of consent.

Controlling communications
Turn off promotional emails from the link in the message.
Manage push notifications from your device and the app.
Transactional notices may still be sent.
Changes to this policy
We will announce significant changes in the app or by email. Always check the “Last updated” date.
